1. Acceptance
By using Routidy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Purpose of Routidy
Routidy is a household routine and task organization tool. It can help you plan tasks, organize them by room and schedule, and review completion activity. Routidy does not guarantee that any task, reminder, schedule, or household outcome will occur.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the tasks you create, and how you use the app. Do not rely on Routidy as the sole method for managing urgent, safety-critical, medical, emergency, or legally required activities.
4. Availability and changes
Florix Labs may maintain, improve, modify, or discontinue features of Routidy. App behavior may also depend on Android, the user’s device, and device settings.
5. Intellectual property
Routidy’s app name, original visual assets, interface materials, website design and related original content are owned by Florix Labs or used with appropriate rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
6. Acceptable use
You may use Routidy for lawful personal purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the app, distribute a misleading copy, misuse its branding, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
7. Disclaimer
Routidy is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Florix Labs does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and no productivity result is guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Florix Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from the use of or inability to use Routidy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy
Your use of Routidy is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how app information is handled.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Routidy evolves or requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
